Sarge Posted February 28, 2024 Posted February 28, 2024 Give me any of your Way Too Earlies, your predictions, your hot takes, your luke warm takes, and all of your firsts in the 2025/2026 drafts for more Carolina STONKS. I'll kick us off: CFB, Georgia and Tennessee end up with 2 conference losses, causing Kentucky and LSU to meet up in the SECCG. Tulsa will be the first multi-time champion in the sim. Longacre obliterates everyone and becomes our biological father after the end of the season. NFL, the Carolina Panthers will double (!!) their win total and represent the NFC South for the first time in the playoffs as the Division winner, quickly ending with a swift and painless death to the Rams. Eagles will begin to create problems within the division and pull off one upset game a piece against Washington and Dallas. 4 Quarterbacks will go in the first next draft, creating lots of value for teams settled at the position. 2 1
Kirby Posted February 28, 2024 Posted February 28, 2024 CFB: Tsweezy will have the #1 recruiting class A G5 team will play in the National Championship. Longacre wins the Heisman. NFL: Hot take: Washington and Denver will both not make the Super Bowl. The Rams, though still solid, also do not make it. And this is because... The Dallas Cowboys win the NFC and represent the conference at the big game. They also go on to win the Lombardi. Luke Trahan does not finish the season as the Jets starting quarterback. The Chargers lead the league in rushing. 1
SageBow Posted February 28, 2024 Posted February 28, 2024 (edited) CFB: USC misses the playoffs Stanford RB Vontae Knebel leads the nation in rushing Mega Shot - WR Josh Gaudin of Notre Dame leads the nation in receiving NFL: Rams QB Phillip Avila takes a big step back and the Rams air raid offense sputters Bears ILB Jehu Ginn takes a huge step in announcing his talent to the world, leading the league in tackles Titans SS Garrett Smith grabs at least 6 picks to lead all rookies in interceptions Edited February 28, 2024 by SageBow 1

nemolee.exe Posted February 28, 2024 Posted February 28, 2024 Here are three predicitons for each league: CFB Julian Longacre wins the coveted Heisman after a strong showing and becomes the undisputed #1 pick for next year. Brandon Savage wins the CFB Championship with a legendary performance in the sim. There will be no Group of 5 teams in the playoffs. NFL The Dallas Cowboys announced their entrance into the NFL superteam mix with a strong playoff push. Solano will end up having a much better rookie season than Hiram Maronde. There will be no meme of the "weak NFC South" this year as Atlanta becomes the division champs by a nautical mile. I have a lot more but these are the three I feel comfortable in sharing.

Bundy Posted February 29, 2024 Posted February 29, 2024 CFB, Neither Baylor nor TCU win the Big 12 West Virginia makes a bowl game! The Heisman winner is someone we haven't talked about (so not Savage, not Longacre, neither Knebel, etc) NFL Young QBs still suck statistically except one team that figures out the right scheme for them to thrive - Yusei Asencio and Buffalo Denver wins 15 games, but both losses are to Vegas, who they lose to in the playoffs The Jets become the 2nd team to ever start a UDFA QB (Jordan Peterson), and he posts better stats than Trahan (but they still draft Travis Knebel in 2025) 1 2
tsweezy Posted February 29, 2024 Posted February 29, 2024 CFB: Baylor waltzes through the season with Travis Kniebel putting up the biggest dual-threat numbers the sim has ever seen en route to a Heisman and 1.1 NFL draft selection Longacre takes a minor step back from his 2023 stats as USC misses the CCG and playoff Texas State makes the playoffs AGAIN NFL: Dallas makes the NFC championship game but almost loses to CAR in the playoffs Denver walks to the super bowl again None of the rookie QBs post a positive TD:INT ratio
