Matt Howard has been somewhat of a controversial figure this off season. His talent has never been unrecognised however he has been very vocal on social media about how he feels slighted by the pre-season rankings that didn't have him as the nations top quarterback, and he has never shy'd away from the fact that he loves to party and is somewhat of a womanizer. He backed it up in week one though, as he set a new college football record for passing yards, and led the Noles to a 40-6 win over #5 Notre Dame. In his post match presser, Howard, wearing sunglasses, called for the committee to #RankFSU. Time will tell if this happens.
