    No problem dude. They're a really good exercise when you get them down. They're really grueling the first couple of workouts, but they get better.

    I might add them in to my regular workout, or do them along with my shoulders/back workout.

    I do legs, shoulders/back, arms in general, and I might throw in some cardio some days. How's that sound?

    Cleans are definitely just a brutal exercise but very good for you. I haven't worked them into a routine for a while but I might have to. I'll be back in the gym on Monday, doing squats, chin ups and parallel bar dips. My legs are pretty sore from Friday's routine which I am loving, hope I am recovered some before squats on Monday though haha.

    Just finished up the monday routine, thinking about moving up on squat weight soon. Started off really low though to get back into it.
