    That body builder diet is expen$ive. Luckily I have great genetics and can be a swoldier off eating anything (still healthy eating but not chicken rice all day 6 times a day)

    incline weighted sit ups

    I put a 45 on my chest and do those. I'm not shredded mcgee but its a good workout.
