I would personally go for the Yovani Gallardo trade. Makes the most sense for what you are looking for.

Its the 30th of July and i have managed to somehow go from a 2 Game lead in the AL Central to sitting at 0.5 GB the White Sox at 60-43 (CHW 59-41)

My Pitching apart from Price, Verlander and Simon has been pretty poor (Sanchez was pulled after 1.2 innings against the Rays after getting pounded for 8 hits and 7 Earned).

I need some more pitching and i am also thinking of going with Anthony Gose as my everyday CF or potentially LF.

I am really looking to move Anibal Sanchez (6-7, 4.44 ERA), Sane Greene (6-6, 4.55 ERA) - SF is looking for a SP and currently sit at 53-49, 0.5 GB behind the Padres who lead the division.

What would the offer for a SP that has 2 years after this year on the deal and also is still only 31. Otherwise what would the offer for Greene who is 26 and a C Pot.

The Dodgers could also use a SP and are at 53-49 1.0 GB the Padres as well.

Toronto (52-50) is looking for a SP as well and are currently 2nd in the AL East behind the Orioles (52-48)

the Cubs are also looking for a SP and are 56-46, 2.0 GB the Pirates, they have some young pieces that i would be interested in, they are also looking for RP so i have Chamberlain, Blaine Hardy and Tom Gorzelanny that could be packaged.

If i decided to run with Gose at my primary CF then i would look to move Davis (.233/.278/.338, 3 HR, 34 RBI, 31 SB). Oakland are looking for a CF as are Toronto.

I am looking to Pick up a SP that can fill the void if i am to trade these guys and am wiling to trade any of my prospects to get a SP.

Here are the teams that are out of it that have SP's that i am interested in.

    NYY - 46-53, 6.0 GB - Ivan Nova [28/B Pot] (11-9, 2.55 ERA Triple A), C.C. Sabathia [34/B Pot] (9-6, 2.75 ERA)

    BOS - 48-54, 5.0 GB - Justin Masterson [30/C Pot] (7-7, 3.11 ERA), Clay Buchholz [30/B Pot] (3-7, 3.36 ERA)

    CIN - 42-59, 15.5 GB - Mike leake [27/B Pot] (7-5, 2.36 ERA)

    STL - 47-54, 10.5 GB - Jamie Garcia [28/B Pot] (1-5, 5.27 ERA), John Lacky [36/A Pot] (3-3, 4.35 ERA)

    PHI - 31-71. 30.0 GB - Cliff lee [36/A Pot] (4-6, 2.96 ERA), Jonathon Papelbon [34/B Pot] (0-1, 15 SV, 4.58 ERA)

    ATL - 45-56, 15.5 GB - Mike Minor [27/B Pot] (2-4, 4.70 ERA), Luis Avilan [25/C Pot] (2-4, 4.13 ERA)

    TEX - 40-60, 15.0 GB - Derek Holland [28/B Pot] (7-8, 3.69 ERA), Yovani Gallardo [29/C Pot] (4-9, 5.49 ERA), Jared Burton [33/C Pot] (1-1, 1.69 ERA), Neftali Feliz [26/A Pot] (0-0, 20 SV, 3.69 ERA)

    SEA - 46-56, 10.0 GB - Hisashi Iwakuma [33/B Pot] (9-4, 3.97 ERA), James Paxton [26/C Pot] (5-7, 4.44 ERA)

Your help is greatly appreciated guys.

Should go for Leake imo. Doesn't look like the Reds are going to make a run for a wild card spot anytime soon so might as well shoot for the guy who is doing pretty well on a bad team.

So whats fair value for him then?

I was looking at something similar to what the Giants gave up for him

If the Tigers are out of it then it makes sense, but if the Tigers are in the playoff race I don't see them moving Sanchez. Could definitely see them parting with Chamberlain in both situations tho.

Got this offer from the White Sox, what do you guys think? I'll probably wait until the deadline to see if we're still competitive if I do it. They also have Nate Jones on the block who I am interested in.
